One player starts the game by turning the wheel “Truth or Dare?”. If he gets “Truth”, he has to answer an embarrassing question. If the player gets “Dare”, he spins the wheel again to get the following four options: “Play It Safe”, “Stare”, “Electric Chair” or “It’s Your Fate”.
