The 3d model is created in CAD software.

The CAD file is sent to the Objet 3D printer.

12 hours later, the 3d printed object encased in support material.

The careful removal of the support material from the object. The resin is fragile, so a wooden stick is used to scrape away the support material.

Using the waterjet to clean the remainder support material off.

A final rinse of the 3d printed model in the tap.
