DR3005 Product Design IV
Product Design IV is studio-based module with some technical lectures at the beginning of the semester. It is designed to explore and understand the recent technological advances in renewable energy production and try to find new possible applications. A part of this course is speculative; looking at what future trends in technology might be and what new needs society might develop.
The goal is to provide ideas, visions and design concepts, to create new products and/or installation that can help the integration into the urban/human environment.
Since 2011, this module is in collaboration with NTU museum to design art installation with Energy Harvesting Technologies that integrates within the campus landscape.
